1. Digital Product – No Returns

Since PICKERP is a cloud-based ERP software delivered digitally, we do not offer any returns once access is granted or the license is activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer limited refunds under the following conditions:

• The software is non-functional or inaccessible due to technical issues from our side.

• Our technical team fails to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your support request.

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

• You have not fully used or benefited from the software (i.e., no significant usage or data setup).

3. Refund Process

• Your full name and registered email address

• Transaction ID and purchase date

• Reason for refund request

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You will receive a response within 5 business days of submission.
